NGL link not working? Common fixes

1. The link redirects to a "page not found" or expired page
Cause: your NGL account was deleted, suspended for policy reasons, or you signed up under a different username and don't remember it. NGL accounts can also be auto-flagged if they're under the age limit.

Fix: try a different sender on a different network. If it's broken for everyone, wait — NGL's status historically improves within hours.
4. You stopped getting notifications even though people are sending
Cause: notification permissions reset after iOS update, or NGL was logged out in the background.
Fix: open the app, re-login, re-enable notifications in iOS Settings → NGL.
